1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
- A proper unboxing video may be required for damaged claims
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Personal hygiene or health-related items (if opened)
- Products purchased under clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share order number and clear images/video of the issue.
- Our team will verify and approve the request.
- Pickup will be arranged (if applicable).

4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement will be shipped after product verification.
- Subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Shipping Charges
- If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.
- If return is requested for other reasons, shipping charges may apply.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to reject returns in case of:
- Excessive return history
- Fake damage claims
- Used or tampered products
