1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
  • A proper unboxing video may be required for damaged claims

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Personal hygiene or health-related items (if opened)
  • Products purchased under clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share order number and clear images/video of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request.
  4. Pickup will be arranged (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement will be shipped after product verification.
  • Subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.
  • If return is requested for other reasons, shipping charges may apply.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject returns in case of:

  • Excessive return history
  • Fake damage claims
  • Used or tampered products
